The inaugural Victorian Veterans Council’s Ex-Service Organisation (ESO) Summit took place in August 2022.
Over 250 attendees and online participants from ESOs, support organisations and small businesses came together to discuss how best to work together to support veterans and their families across Victoria.
The summit also provided an opportunity for ESOs to establish new partnerships to enhance their service delivery.
Joel Sardi was engaged as the keynote speaker. He shared his story and experiences from his time in the Australian Army and comparisons with life pre- and post-injury.
Joel's presentation highlighted the power of perspective and equipped delegates with the insights and tools needed to enhance support for the veteran community.
